Wunsche Bros Café & Saloon in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Front of the House Manager who leads daily service, mentors the FOH team, and ensures an exceptional guest experience from open to close.

This hands-on role requires on-floor presence, strong communication, and the ability to uphold our hospitality standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will coach staff, manage seating, and partner with leadership to drive service excellence.

Formación

• Prior FOH management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a strong, visible presence on the floor
• Set, enforce, and uphold service standards, hospitality expectations, and brand values
• Manage and coach FOH staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support roles
• Actively engage with guests, resolve issues in real time, and ensure memorable experiences
• Oversee floor plans, table turns, reservations, and guest flow during service
• Conduct pre-shifts, shift transitions, and post-shift follow-ups
• Monitor service quality, speed, cleanliness, and presentation
• Support scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance accountability
• Partner with leadership to drive team culture, communication, and consistency
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company policies
