The Americano in Scottsdale seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager for daily FOH operations and guest experience at a high-volume fine dining venue. The AGM will lead FOH staff, manage labor and service standards, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and drive hospitality excellence while supporting revenue goals.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume or upscale dining.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and retain FOH teams.
• Solid understanding of labor, food costing, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and service coaching skills.
• Proficiency in POS, scheduling, and operational systems (Toast, 7Shifts, R365).
• Current Food Handlers Card & Liquor Certification compliant with local/state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead all FOH shift operations, ensuring smooth communication between service stations and the kitchen.
• Maintain active floor presence, providing support and direction to the FOH team.
• Oversee daily BOH coordination, working with the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow.
• Monitor table turns, pacing, seating strategy, and service flow to maximize hospitality and revenue.
• Ensure all opening, mid-shift, and closing duties are completed consistently and correctly.
• Maintain adherence to all applicable local and state liquor laws, food safety standards, sanitation requirements, and internal policies.
