Qualifications

• GM experience in a high-volume upscale or fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management skills.
• Solid beverage knowledge.
• Ability to coach and hold teams accountable.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead service from the floor and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Recruit, train, and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Manage sales, labor, cost of goods, and overall profitability.
• Oversee beverage program execution and training.
• Maintain operational standards, scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
• Partner with culinary and regional leadership.
