Responsibilities

• Supervise usher staff and coordinate front-of-house operations during events.
• Act as point of contact for clients and guests during performances.
• Set up and break down activities in lobby/front-of-house areas.
• Manage concession stand operations and liaise with backstage crew.
• Monitor health and safety compliance and troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Greet patrons in a friendly, helpful manner.
