Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in front-of-house operations, staffing, training, and sales initiatives. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer engagement, and maintaining service standards in a busy restaurant environment.

You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and compliance with policies, while helping drive guest satisfaction and revenue through active supervision and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management and front-of-house operations.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and manage schedules.
• Strong customer-service orientation and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House.
• Enforces employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work.
• Provides/trains staff and ensures peak times run smoothly.
• Leads hands-on supervision of the restaurant and guides service.
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather feedback and drive sales.
• Oversees scheduling and assists with promotions and revenue initiatives.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.
