Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legend of service to manage Front of House daily operations and staff, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service for our guests. The role emphasizes people-first leadership and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assisting with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff with daily feedback
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work for employees, setting hours, schedules and tasks
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and goals, with contests and incentives
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
