Job summary

Waste Pro of Texas is hiring a Front Load Driver to safely operate refuse collection vehicles, service routes, and maintain equipment. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, handle container dumping, and ensure safety and customer service on each run.

The role requires a valid CDL (A or B), 21+ years old, and the ability to follow DOT rules while delivering Distinguishably Different service to customers and communities Waste Pro serves.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements for CMVs.
• Must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers in English.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial routes by operating Front Load refuse trucks and emptying containers.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, mileage, logs, and vehicle reports.
• Maintain professional customer service and report issues to supervisors.
• Safely operate and inspect trucks, assess materials for hazards, and ensure on-site safety.
