Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking an energetic Front Load Driver for on-site work in Daytona Beach. You will operate refuse trucks on commercial routes, perform pre-trip inspections, and ensure safe, efficient service while maintaining route records and reporting issues to dispatch.

Applicants must hold a valid CDL (Class A or B), maintain a safe driving record, and be able to read and communicate in English. This is a full-time position with opportunities for a driver award and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements for commercial motor vehicles.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Load refuse trucks on assigned routes and dump containers.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, mileage, fuel, and logbook entries as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle safety.
• Clean the truck and maintain the packer blade between runs.
• Keep truck clean and perform routine maintenance checks.
