Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring Front Load Drivers to operate refuse trucks on preset routes, performing safety checks and ensuring timely, courteous service. You will interact with customers and maintain logs while upholding Waste Pro's standards.

Applicants must hold a valid CDL, be at least 21, and be able to read and understand English. The role requires physical capability to handle routine lifting and operate under varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a safe driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Familiarity with DOT and state CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-load refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Engage professionally with customers and report issues promptly.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with all safety policies.
