Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment with focused attention.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting.
• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas for security.
• Reduce theft opportunities and promote a secure shopping environment.
• Share theft-prevention information during store rallies with leadership.
• Report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Train associates on shortage-reduction programs and safety practices.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress standards.
