Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, and energetic welcome.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious behavior to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide guidance and support in shortage reduction programs.
