Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Front-Line Manager in Training in Newark, DE, to participate in a six-week development program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within Service Operations. You will learn end-to-end processes, including inventory and cosmetic/mechanical repair, with a path to roles such as Flow Mechanical Manager or Service Manager.

• Prepare for transition into a leadership role and manage associates to drive performance.
• Responsible for EH&S program for department/location, including self-inspections and safety measures.
