Job summary

Marshalls is seeking an Associate to support Loss Prevention by maintaining a visible front-of-store stance, greeting customers, and ensuring safety for shoppers and staff. You will wear a Body Worn Camera and follow the Store Emergency Response Guide while partnering with store teams to deter theft and maintain brand integrity.

The role requires light to moderate physical activity, ability to stand for long periods, and 0–2 years of retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
