Uniforms and a Body Worn Camera are part of the assignment. Applicants should have 0–2 years in retail or security, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedure.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
