Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a storefront associate in the Washington DC area to support loss prevention and store management. You will be a visual deterrent at the front of the store and help maintain a safe, positive shopping environment for customers.

This role requires clear communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and 0–2 years of retail or security experience. You will wear a company-approved uniform with a Body Worn Camera and assist with incidents as

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper front-of-store presence as a deterrent to loss.
• Wear the company-approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and route requests to management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
