Job summary

TJ Maxx is hiring for a Loss Prevention support role in the United States. You will deter theft, assist customers, and work closely with store teams and loss prevention to maintain a safe shopping environment and protect the Company brand.

Key duties include standing at the front of the store, wearing a Body Worn Camera, documenting incidents, and responding to customer requests via radio. 0–2 years retail or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional front-of-store presence.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss and theft.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide and follow procedures.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect; assist via radio to store management or customer service.
• Position at the front of the store or in a department as required.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Complete a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
