Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Dispatcher / Front-Line Service Representative to serve as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and the operations team in Kalispell, MT. This role requires organization, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00 per hour; Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. This position emphasizes problem-solving, scheduling coordination, and delivering exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and manage incoming service calls.
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm service appointments with customers.
• Communicate appointment details and updates to technicians and customers.
• Coordinate technician schedules, routes, and availability to maximize efficiency.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding service appointments.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including data entry and record maintenance.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow and service delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service when handling phone calls and inquiries.
