Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Customer Service Associate (Collections) for a temporary 2-3 month assignment. You will handle high-volume calls, assist with payment processing, and maintain professional relationships in a fast-paced environment.

This temporary role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, in-office work with paid training and growth opportunities. Ideal for a reliable, organized communicator who can manage data entry and collections tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous data entry experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to stay productive with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently and professionally.
• Make outbound collection calls regarding outstanding invoices.
• Assist customers with payment processing.
• Take detailed and accurate messages for the company.
• Transfer complex customer inquiries to appropriate internal staff members.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while handling collections activities.
• Perform data entry and update customer information accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service on every interaction.
• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.
