The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline associate to support loss prevention and customer service at TJ Maxx stores. The role emphasizes presence at the front of the store and wearing a Body Worn Camera to deter theft while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, supporting store management, and reporting suspicious activity. The position requires 1-2 years of retail or security experience and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail or security experience.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and Demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
