Job summary

TJ Maxx at TJX Companies in Atlanta seeks a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, assist customers, and work closely with store teams. You’ll wear a Body Worn Camera and uphold safety and company policies while maintaining an engaging shopping environment.

Responsibilities include front-line presence, reporting incidents, and supporting management in daily operations. 0–2 years in retail or security preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound judgments independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Capable of standing for long periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a front-of-store position as a visible deterrent to loss.
• Greet customers, assist, and refer to management when needed.
• Follow the Store Emergency Response Guide and safety procedures.
• Document incidents in Case Management and report suspicious activity.
