Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team member for the TJ Maxx Dallas store to help prevent loss while delivering excellent customer service.

This role involves standing at the front of the store, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and partnering with store teams and Loss Prevention to ensure safety and brand protection. You will greet customers, observe for suspicious activity, and communicate with management to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and professional stance at front of store.
• Act as visual deterrent to prevent loss and wear Body Worn Camera.
• Review Store Emergency Response Guide and follow safety procedures.
• Greet customers and refer requests to management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweep with a manager.
