Medline Industries in New Orleans, LA, seeks a clinical support professional for Front Line Care to partner with health systems, support trials, implementations, and post-implementation activities.

You will provide clinical SME on safe product use, build relationships with CNO, ICU leaders, infection prevention, and quality teams, and lead training, bedside audits, and clinical workshops. This role offers a competitive salary with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• RN license or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospital setting or acute care preferred.
• Clinical impact projects, education, and implementation support experience helpful.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical SME on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Educate stakeholders on clinical practice and quality metrics (CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, Falls).
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with CNOs, ICU leaders, and infection prevention teams.
• Lead in-services, bedside audits, and just-in-time education at priority accounts.
• Coordinate trials, implementations, and post-implementation support activities.
