Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Portland, OR seeks an experienced Clinical Solutions Specialist to own clinical support activities for Front Line Care, including customer support, clinical troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and solutions execution in collaboration with OneMedline partners.

You will build account-level relationships with CNOs, ICU leaders, Infection Prevention, and other clinical stakeholders to drive retention and growth, lead field collaborations, trainings, and

Qualifications

• At least one eligible clinical certification is required.
• Experience in hospital or health-system settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and educational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with stakeholders involved in clinical decision-making (e.g., CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention).
• Support retention activities in the assigned geography and participate in trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch, perform assessments, and implement clinical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to bring the right solutions to customer needs.
• Lead or participate in local trade shows, educational events, or product events as needed.
• Ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts and conduct clinical trainings and bedside education.
