Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinician to own the clinical support activities for Front Line Care, focusing on retaining and growing business with health systems. You will partner with critical care leaders and Infection Prevention teams to drive outcomes and adoption of clinical solutions.

The role requires coordinating with frontline care specialists, leading education initiatives, and supporting trials and implementations in assigned accounts across the geography.

Competenze

• Clinical practice knowledge related to safe and effective use of products.
• Certification requirements as listed (RN/CCRN/APRN or equivalent).

Mansioni

• Provide clinical SME support to retain and grow Front Line Care business.
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders (CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention, etc.).
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch, assess and implement clinical solutions.
• Lead or attend local trade shows, dinners, chapter events or product events as needed.
• Perform in-services, education, bedside audits, trial support and protocol reviews with clinical stakeholders.
