Job summary

Medline is seeking a clinical support leader to own the frontline care clinical activities, focusing on retention and growth of the Front Line Care business. You will provide clinical troubleshooting, customer support, trial and implementation support, and execute clinical solutions with OneMedline partners.

Qualifications

• RN certification requirements reflected in job posting.
• Clinical subject matter expertise in safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Ability to educate and collaborate with health systems on quality metrics such as CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPI, Falls.
• Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical SME on safe use of Front Line Care products.
• Build account-level relationships with CNOs, ACNOs, ICU leaders, Infection Prevention, and other stakeholders.
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch, assess, implement, and maintain clinical solutions.
• Coordinate with Acute Care IDN Front Line Care teams to address customer needs and grow business.
• Lead or attend local trade shows, educational dinners, chapter events, or product events as needed.
• Ensure an appropriate frequency of touchpoints with priority accounts.
• Perform in-services, bedside education, troubleshooting, trial support, workshops, and protocol reviews.
• Initiate and facilitate communication among internal stakeholders.
