Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store.
Confidentiality and disciplined decision making are required.
Positive demeanor, energetic greeting, and clear communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to deter theft and maintain safety.
Greet every customer with a warm, loud, friendly greeting.
Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
Conduct bag and package checks in accordance with safety standards.
