Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Front-End Web Developer to own the Marketing web properties, building high-performance, accessible experiences that drive growth. You will lead frontend architecture, collaborate across Marketing, Design, Content and Engineering, and ensure WCAG compliance while optimizing for speed and brand fidelity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Web Platforms, CMS integration, and a mobile-first approach to deliver scalable marketing experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of front-end development experience, preferably supporting marketing or growth teams.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with expertise in React/Next.js (Vue.js or Angular also considered)
• Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS methodologies (CSS-in-JS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or similar)
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive web experiences.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful strongly preferred) and component-driven content architecture, with Storybook for development

Responsibilities

• Develop features and enhancements to marketing sites with a mobile-first approach.
• Lead front-end architecture decisions and maintain component libraries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Content and Engineering teams to translate requirements.
• Ensure accessibility and performance at scale across devices and browsers.
• Integrate CMS (Contentful) and analytics tracking for measurement.
• Mentor teammates and conduct code reviews to raise coding standards.
