Job summary

Total Wine & More in Roseville, MN seeks a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and on the sales floor. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and ensure customers leave with a positive impression.

This role may include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate; you will report to the store management team and participate in training to build product knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience delivering friendly, helpful customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Greet customers and provide product information to drive sales.
• Promote Total Wine & More loyalty program and handle basic upsell.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and store policies.
• Support merchandising and stocking as needed.
