Total Wine & More in Minnesota seeks a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service and handle transactions with accuracy. You may be assigned as a cashier, sales associate, or merchandiser, reporting to store management and supporting team goals.

You will learn product knowledge, promotions, and loyalty programs while ensuring a positive customer experience and compliant operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork mindset.
• 1–3 years in retail preferred, with POS familiarity.
• Ability to learn product details and promotions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and loyalty prompts.
• Deliver a personalized experience by greeting customers and recommending products.
• Assist with training and staying knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety and alcohol sale regulations.
• Fulfill cross-functional duties as needed.
