Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting customers, learning product knowledge across wine, beer, and spirits, and staying informed about promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and loyalty program promotion.
• Greet customers, deliver a personalized experience, and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store; adhere to laws related to sale of alcohol.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
