Sprouts Farmers Market in Thornton, CO is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced frontline team and uphold exceptional service.

You will supervise cashiers, assist with operations, and help hire/train staff while ensuring courteous customer interactions and efficient register handling. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and attention to detail in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service presence.
• Strong communication, math, and cash handling skills.
• Able to stand, lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver carts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Schedule meals and breaks per company policy and state rules.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and disciplinary steps as needed.
• Maintain register area, supplies, and cleanliness in restrooms and parking lots.
• Ensure excellent customer service and assist on the sales floor when required.
