Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced register team and deliver exceptional customer service within a friendly, health-focused environment. You will supervise cashiers, coordinate breaks, and assist with hiring and training to ensure smooth daily operations.

In this role you’ll maintain cash handling accuracy, monitor register supplies, and enforce policy while modeling professional behavior.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor and customer-focused role modeling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Proactively visit registers to ensure excellent customer service and support.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supplies; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Hire and train new cashiers; support disciplinary actions as needed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
