Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rogers, MN seeks a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will implement directives, oversee plan‑o‑grams, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and ability to lead a team, train staff, and coordinate scheduling. Starting pay is $18.00–$20.75 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to calculate figures (discounts, margins, percentages).
• Ability to read and analyze reports.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions.

Responsibilities

• Directs department staff in daily tasks and customer service.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan‑o‑grams.
• Staffing, interviewing, training, and weekly scheduling.
• Maintain pricing, UPCs, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Coordinate special events and ensure display/presentation quality.
