Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rogers, MN is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily merchandising, inventory, pricing, stocking and customer service. You will implement directives, maintain planograms, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Under supervision of Group Sales or Department Manager, you’ll staff the department, coach staff, conduct training, schedule shifts, and help resolve issues while delivering a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct department staff daily and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain planograms and merchandising directives from Corporate Office.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with customers and staff.
• Assist in staffing, training and scheduling; conduct staff coaching.
