Job summary

You will support membership by explaining types and benefits, processing memberships and upgrades, and helping members with purchases and self-service options.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction.
• Communicates goals and feedback and trains associates on processes and member service approaches.
