Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: Leading a front-end team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Assist management with the supervision of associates and provide guidance on member service
• Promote membership types, programs, and benefits; process memberships and upgrades
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, refunds, and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist Open Door Policy
