Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties, train on processes and member service.
• Support membership processing, upgrades, and renewals; promote Sams Club products.
• Provide member service, guide purchases, and assist with self-checkout and club pickup.
• Oversee area, handle claims/returns, organize merchandise, and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete accounting records and deposits; protect confidentiality of financial information.
