Job summary

Sam's Club in Fargo, ND is seeking a front-end associate to deliver member service, operate checkout areas, and process purchases. You will assist with payments, refunds, exchanges, and ensure accuracy of receipts while promoting Sam's Club products and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining the checkout and entrance/exit areas, assisting members with decisions, following safety standards, and supporting training for frontline associates in new processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment and cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications and basic tech.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to resolve member questions.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Trains Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
• Keeps documentation and logs up to date; supports security and asset protection.
