Sam's Club in Snellville, GA is seeking a capable supervisor to assist management in daily operations and associate supervision. You will assign duties, coach staff, and help deliver exceptional member service while upholding company policies.

You will handle member inquiries, process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and participate in recruiting, scheduling, and training to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as a cash register.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and guiding performance.
• Provide member service and resolve issues following company guidelines.
• Promote memberships and benefits and assist with processing memberships.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
