Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties.
• Provide direction and coaching to associates on member service approaches and procedures.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; promote membership renewals.
• Assist members with purchases, find merchandise, and support self-checkout and pickup orders.
• Maintain area organization, handle claims/returns, and ensure compliance with policies.
