The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and problem solving. You will train new team members, support the Front End Manager, and help manage performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience as Relief Manager preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assign duties to combo clerks and schedule hours.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain good relations.
• Assist in training team members and coach staff.
• Operate front-end cashier equipment and generate reports.
