Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to combo clerks/cashiers and schedule breaks and shifts.
• Listen to customer complaints and resolve problems to maintain good relations.
• Assist clerks in completing complex sales and handling payments.
• Open/close the department according to procedures and produce daily reports.
• Train and coach team members and support the Front End Manager.
