Job summary

• Oversee front-end operations for accurate transactions and customer service.
• Secure cash drawers and protect company assets.
• Understand labor, productivity, scheduling, and ordering.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
• Perform cashier and service desk functions as needed.
• Support special projects and supervisor requests.
