Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department associates are trained by certified trainers.
• Maintain clear communication across the department, the store, and organization through the cash office/front end board and task management.
• Observe and ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety standards; assist with safety requirements.
• Coordinate equipment repairs or maintenance; keep work area safe and tidy.
• Supervise front end operations to ensure accurate transactions and customer service.
• Understand labor, scheduling, and ordering; manage associated reports.
• Assist cashier, service desk, and bookkeeper tasks as needed.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
