Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure department associates are properly trained by certified trainers.
• Maintain solid communication in the department, the store, and throughout the organization.
• Observe and ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; support safety standards.
• Communicate needed repairs; keep work area clean and safe.
• Handle transactions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise front end operations including cashier, service desk and related areas.
• Secure cash drawers and protect company assets.
• Understand labor, scheduling, and ordering reports.
• Follow department practices for efficient operations.
• Assist in performance appraisals and observations.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Perform cashier and bagging functions as needed.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as directed.
