Responsibilities

• Ensure department associates are properly trained by certified trainers.
• Maintain solid communication within the department and store through designated boards and task management.
• Handle all sales transactions and media per company policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise the office/service desk/front end/bottle room operations for cleanliness, service, and accurate transactions.
• Secure cash drawers when unattended and protect company assets.
• Understand labor, productivity reports, scheduling, and ordering.
• Follow Front End department standard practices for efficient operations.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress standards.
• Perform cashier and bagging functions as needed.
• Support service desk/kiosk/bookkeeper functions as needed.
• Assist in special projects as assigned by supervisor.
