Responsibilities

Train department associates to standards and certifications.
Maintain solid communication in the department, store, and organization using the front-end channels.
Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
Follow all company policies and safety standards.
Communicate equipment repairs or maintenance needs; keep areas clean and safe.
Oversee front end operations including cash handling and service desk activities.
Assist in scheduling, performance observations, and appraisals as required.
