• Clean Service Desk/Kiosk.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and follow policy.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned.
• Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support and comply with safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Perform accurate price check functions.
• Record price discrepancies and request price checks per policy.
• Verify IDs and observe tobacco/alcohol sale policies.
• Adhere to policy on cash in registers and arrange cash pickup.
• Observe security standards and report any abnormal behavior.
• Process transactions including cash, checks, electronic payments, WIC, and more.
