Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of basic math
• Retail or Customer Service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing)

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions
• Assist with monitoring and control of department supplies
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates for adequate coverage
• Assist in preparing budgets, profit and loss reviews
• Collaborate with Front-end staff to promote teamwork
• Adhere to safety and food safety regulations
