Paycom - ATS is seeking a Front End Supervisor to provide and maintain high standards of customer service at the store front end. You will supervise front end personnel, schedule activities, and enforce store policies in collaboration with store management.

Responsibilities include training new associates, assisting with price checks and returns, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory of front end supplies. The role requires strong communication and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication with customers, employees and vendors.
• Analytical and mathematics skills for audits and reporting.
• Knowledge of federal and state child labor laws for individuals under 18.
• Ability to stand upright for the majority of the shift.

Responsabilités

• Provide and maintain high standards of customer service across the front end.
• Supervise and direct front end personnel and activities.
• Prepare and maintain work schedules to minimize customer inconvenience.
• Enforce store policies and assist with discipline of front end associates.
• Delegate cashier responsibilities and conduct training for new and current associates.
• Assist customers with price checks, returns, overrings and overcharges.
• Maintain front end cleanliness and control supplies.
